Crispy crunchy-licious kale

The directions said salt, olive oil, and “200 degrees for 35 minutes”.

At 35 minutes it was limp and tough, so I debated, did I overcook it or did I undercook it? I figured if I overcooked it, it was too late to do anything about it, so I put it back in.

Here it is nearly a half an hour later, for a total of a full hour of cooking time. It looks similar, but this time much more crunchy!

Also next time instead of buying chopped kale, I’ll buy kale leaves and cut the stem out. The stems were still tough.

Yum yum and healthy!
